Regardless of where an initial arrest occurred within the Massillon Municipal Court's jurisdiction, all adult felony cases are prosecuted here. Felonies that originally begin in the Massillon Municipal Court where probable cause is found at the Preliminary Hearing are bound over to the Stark County Court of Common Pleas.
